Where do you deliver?

What is the minimum rental period?

Our minimum rental period is 2 days. Rentals of 7 days or more qualify for our weekly rate, which offers significant savings over the daily rate.

Question 3

What happens on delivery day?

We'll contact you ahead of your check-in date to confirm a delivery window. Our team will bring the console to your location, connect it to your TV, verify everything is working, and walk you through any setup. The whole process usually takes under 15 minutes.

Question 4

Do I need to be present for delivery and pickup?

Yes, we ask that an adult (18+) be present for both delivery and pickup. This ensures the equipment is handed off properly and any questions can be answered on the spot.

What consoles do you offer?

We currently offer PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch rentals. Each console comes with the necessary cables, controllers, and a selection of games included.

What games are included?

Every rental includes a curated selection of games appropriate for the console. You can also add our Premium Games Bundle at checkout for an expanded library of top titles. Specific game availability may vary — contact us if you're looking for something particular.

Question 7

Can I use my own game accounts or download games?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you're welcome to log into your own PlayStation Network, Xbox, or Nintendo account to access your digital library or purchase games. Just make sure to log out of all accounts before returning the console. We are not responsible for any purchases made on personal accounts during the rental period.

Is the equipment sanitized between rentals?

Yes. All controllers, consoles, and accessories are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between every rental. We take hygiene seriously, especially given that our equipment is used in shared spaces like hotels and vacation rentals.

Question 9

What is the security deposit?

Accepted Answer

A refundable security deposit hold is placed on your card at the time of booking. This is an authorization hold — not an actual charge — meaning the funds are reserved but not collected. The hold is released within 48 hours of the console being returned in good condition.

When will my deposit be released?

Accepted Answer

We release the deposit hold within 48 hours of pickup. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the hold to fully clear and the funds to appear available again.

Question 11

What happens if equipment is damaged or lost?

Accepted Answer

We understand accidents happen. If equipment is returned with damage beyond normal wear and tear, or is not returned, we may capture part or all of the security deposit to cover repair or replacement costs. We'll always communicate with you before taking any action.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe checkout. We do not accept cash or checks at this time.

Question 13

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your rental dates. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Reach us at 407-490-4273 or through our contact form.

What if I want to extend my rental?

Extensions are subject to availability. Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return date and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Additional rental days will be charged at the applicable daily or weekly rate.

Are your staff members background checked?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are veteran owned and operated and every member of our team is fully background checked. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priority.

Is my personal information kept secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We collect only the information necessary to process your booking and coordinate delivery. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor — we never store your card details.
